CAVE Island

I decided to give CAVE Island a closer look tonight while in Second Life. I have already explored the basic layout of this island, but haven't given all aspects a close look. I also did not realize the organizations that were involved in the island's setup.

First, I visited the ARVEL SIG. There were links posted, that I checked out right away. From here, I teleported (which I appreciated as I wasn't able to do this last time), to each location on the island, taking a look at the meeting places, learning areas, and creations of others in the groups.

I did find it a little more difficult to explore other locations in the evening darkness, however the island was quite bright! I appreciate the lighting added for visitors.

I spent time exploring the aquarium (which I didn't notice last time) and the waterfall, just for a bit of site-seeing.

 

After exploring the caves (and finding many places I didn't even realize were there) I was ready to finish my tour. It never ceases to amaze me; there are so many places and things to discover that you do not always see at first glance.
